1, synchronous belt wheel, material aluminum alloy, 45 steel, stainless steel, copper, nylon and other unlimited.  Tooth types include AT20,AT10,AT5,T20,T10,T5.  8YU,5GT,3GT,2GT  

14 m, 20 m, 8 m, 5 m, 3 m, 2 m, S8M, S5M, S3M, S2M.  L, XL, XXL, MXL, H, XH, etc.  CNC high-speed gear hobbing, synchronous with tooth cutter complete, concentricity round beat according to customer requirements can be controlled within 0.03mm in batches, can work package material, also can be incoming gear hobbing.  

2, rack and pinion, material is not limited, the minimum modulus of 0.2 mold (the outer diameter of the gear should be more than 8mm, rack width and height more than 10mm), the maximum modulus of 12 mold (the outer diameter of 1050mm, rack length less than 2200mm).  The maximum processing Angle of left and right helical gears is 45 degrees, and the Angle of individual gears can be 60 degrees within 2 molds.  All modules of gears and matching rack are in production for a long time.  CNC high-speed hobbing gear shaper, the main equipment research a CNC gear machine, heavy machine CNC hobbing machine, Xihu (West Lake) Dis. CNC hobbing machine, Qinchuan CNC gear grinding machine.  AA grade imported alloy hob, batch hobbing accuracy can reach 7 level or above, grinding accuracy can be guaranteed at about 5 level.  Can contract processing to finished products, can also send a good gear to hobbing processing.  Batch processing price is low, there are advantages.  Can receive peer bulk orders.  

3. The material of worm gear and worm is not limited, the minimum modulus is 0.5 (the outer diameter of worm gear should be above 18mm, the outer diameter of worm not less than 10mm, the number of worm head is at most 8), and the maximum modulus is 10 (the outer diameter of worm gear should be within 825mm, the outer diameter of worm not more than 320mm, the number of worm head is not more than 6).  Worm can provide CNC grinding process, accuracy can reach 6 level or above.  Mass production of worm gear and worm matching accuracy is generally in 8-9, there are special requirements can be controlled in 6-7.  Can car good tooth billet processing worm gear, also can contract labor package material to finished product processing.  All processes are completed independently in our factory, with price advantage.  

4. Non-standard sprockets.  Main material: 45 steel, 304 stainless steel, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi.  

Pitch 6.35mm, 8.0mm, 9.525mm, 12.7mm, 15.875mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm.  Single row sprocket, double row sprocket can be customized.  Inner bore bearing hole or inner round hole with keyway can be produced.  All kinds of pitch teeth several times the speed of sprocket tools are complete, to map to sample batch customized. 

5, spline shaft spline sleeve.  Main material: 45 steel, 304 stainless steel, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi.  Can process rectangular 6 tooth, 8 tooth, 12 tooth spline shaft and spline sleeve, also can process 0.5-8 module teeth unlimited pressure Angle 30 degrees involute spline shaft and spline sleeve.  The outer spline is processed by precision CNC hobbing and spline milling, and the inner spline is processed by broaching machine with forming broach.  Processing accuracy is generally about 8-10 level, can not provide precision grinding spline processing.
